Reflexology Practitioner level
Introduction
Reflexology is an ancient therapy used by many civilisations including
the Egyptians & Chinese.
It is believed that pressure points on the hands & feet can reflect the
whole body & therefore by utilising these pressure points we may bring about
a stress relieving state of balance to both body & mind.
Entry Requirements
Students will need a recognised anatomy & physiology certificate or related therapy certificate, such as body massage.
Course Outline
The course comprises of both theory & practical components & case studies are required to build up a portfolio of work.
- The History of Reflexology
- Reflexology theory including the zone theory
- Structure of the Hands & Feet
- Contraindication of Reflexology/ disease & disorder
- Consultation techniques/ case studies
- Health & Safety
- Reflexology Techniques
- Practical application of Reflexology
- Legislation & business awareness.
- Referral
Course times
5 days.
Course cost
Courses cost £350, & includes use of all materials when attending training.
Professional uniforms will need to be worn once practical training
commences. These cost between £20 -£40, please speak to Catherine if you
need to purchase a uniform.
Payment plans are available for those wishing to pay in instalments & there
is a 10% discount when course fees are paid in full prior to course
commencement.
