I am passionate about bringing mind & body together,working with control,awareness & breath to help you strengthen your back & manage your stress with Pilates.
I also work with orthopaedic conditions such as arthritis, knee, shoulder & joint problems & blend my massage work with Pilates for mobility & flexibility.
I tend to work in workshop situations rather than classes so I can see you for 2/3 hours at a time where in a small group environments I can really get to the core of your issue. I work with a consultation prior to the workshop so that I am aware of your issues & can give you the best practical advice in class. I also blend my massage skills with effective stretching during the workshop so we can really get a transformation for you alongside a bespoke home care routine to help you continue your Pilates & mindful movement safely at home (my blog states prices, dates & which workshops include consultations & home care)

Workshops need to be paid for at time of booking & if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice fee will be lost, this allows workshops & classes to continue consistently.
