Indian Head Massage to Practitioner level

Introduction

Indian Head Massage has been in use in India for over a thousand years. Initially it was practiced in families to keep hair in good condition but we now know the other benefits such as muscle tension release, relief from headaches, soothing to nervous tension, detoxification, & good preventative treatment for stress related illness. IHM can also be performed over clothes making it a really versatile treatment that can be easily adapted to on site- massage & taken into the corporate scenario.

Entry Requirements

Although there are no formal requirements it is important that students realise there are elements of Anatomy & Physiology incorporated , along with course review tests & home study will be required.

Course outline

The course comprises of both theory & practical components & case studies are required to build up a portfolio of work.

 IHM will cost £200. This includes all materials used while attending study ,although a professional uniform will be needed for practical sessions The being between £20- £40, please speak to Catherine if you need to purchase one..
 Payment plans are available for those wishing to pay in instalments. There will be a 10% discount when fees are paid in full prior to course commencement.
